The package comes in small and large sizes, the difference is the size of the products in the package. It is also possible to buy the items separately, please contact us for information.

SYLTALAKS

Contents: Salmon, wild garlic, water, vinegar, sugar, herb and spice mix, pepper, mustard seeds, bay leaf.
Shelf life: Opna glass 3-5 days.
2.5 dl - 60 kr. the glass.
In the package there is salmon and/or trout. The fish is from Engesund Fiskeoppdrett, produced (except for the seaweed products) at Engesund Fiskeoppdrett Visningssenter which is located at Fitjar. At Engesund Visningssenter there is a small production kitchen that is used in connection with demonstrations, small events and café operations in the summer. Engesund Fiskeoppdrett has its own kelp farm. The cultivation of seaweed contributes positively to the environment, in addition, seaweed is very nutritious and has many different properties. The cultivation of seaweed can be the answer to many of the problems we have today with the production of food and raw materials. We in Engesund cooperate with Arctic Seaweed, who harvest the kelp for us, process the kelp and send some of the kelp to Nordic Seaweed, which makes finished kelp products.
