During the summer season, we invite you to explore our new and exciting menu, where our own fish plays the main role. In the middle of the Fitjar Islands, surrounded by beautiful nature, you can enjoy a tasty meal with panoramic views.

New Taste Experiences 2024

Rolled smoked salmon - 110,- Juicy smoked salmon rolled in a tortilla with cream cheese, red onion, salad and a delicious mustard dressing. Perfect for a light and tasty lunch. Ingredients: Wheat, milk, egg, raw fish.

Smoked salmon sandwich - 120,- Focaccia filled with delicate smoked salmon, cream cheese, herbs, red onion and salad. A classic combination with a modern twist. Ingredients: Wheat, milk, egg, raw fish.

Passion fruit Fromasj - 105,- A fresh and sweet end to the meal with passion fruit fromasj. This dessert contains wheat and milk, and may contain traces of nuts.

Salad with smoked salmon - 155,- A fresh salad with carrot, tomato, smoked salmon, feta cheese and dressing, served with bread and butter. Perfect for those who want something light and healthy. Ingredients: Wheat, milk, raw fish, mustard.

Lemon salmon with potato salad - 180,- Chilled cooked salmon with a touch of lemon, served with potato salad and cucumber salad. A delightful combination of flavors. Ingredients: Milk, raw fish, mustard, citrus.

Salmon wrap - 95,- Tasty salmon in a tortilla with lettuce, cheese, nacho chips and taco dressing. Perfect for a quick and tasty snack: Wheat, milk, raw fish.

Fish soup - 195,- A rich fish soup based on whitefish and shellfish stock, with chunks of salmon and trout, vegetables and cream. Served with bread and butter. Ingredients: Fish, onion, milk, shellfish.
