When we now look back on the year 2025, we feel real joy and pride. This has been a record year for Engesund Visningssenter. For the first time, we have passed 4,000 guests, which means a lot to us. That so many people want to come by and learn about aquaculture.

A year filled with good meetings
Throughout the year, we have had visits from a variety of groups such as kindergartens, school classes, tourists, teams, associations and various groups.
Every single visit has left its mark on us. It's great to see how engaged both children and adults become when they get to experience life in the cages, hear about feeding and learn about how we work with fish welfare.

I am here to share.
For us, these days are not just about showing off the facility, but about providing understanding. We want to convey what aquaculture is, how we work, and why this industry means so much.

A year that inspires
It is the visitors who make this work so meaningful. They have filled the year with busy days, good questions, excitement and small moments that we will remember. We are lucky to meet so many wonderful people throughout the year.

We look forward to 2026
As we enter a new year, we hope for even more great experiences and just as many pleasant visits. Maybe we can set a new record? In any case, we are ready to welcome everyone who wants to learn, see and experience aquaculture up close.
